Youth Ministry

Our Youth Outreach Ministry, inspired by the finished work of Christ on the cross, is dedicated to understanding and meeting the diverse needs of our local community, especially focusing on the youth. With the love and sacrifice of Jesus as our foundation, we aim to:

1. Analyze the Local Community: We explore the needs of young people in our community to ensure our efforts are targeted and impactful, guided by the love demonstrated on the cross.

2. Assess Youth Strengths and Abilities: We evaluate our youth’s unique talents and strengths, empowering them to contribute to outreach efforts that align with their God-given gifts and passions.

3. Determine Appropriate Responses: Based on our assessments, we identify suitable actions that our youth can take to address community needs, inspired by the sacrificial love of Christ.

Our Focus Areas

Compassion: Addressing the immediate needs of young individuals and families, such as providing food, clothing, and other forms of support. With hearts full of Christ’s love, we strive to meet these urgent needs with care and kindness.

Assistance: Tackling broader issues affecting our community, such as education, long-term housing, health services, and community development. Empowered by the cross, we engage in initiatives that bring lasting change and hope to our community.

4. Offer Encouragement and Support: We provide encouragement and support to our youth as they participate in outreach ministries, fostering a spirit of unity and purpose derived from Christ’s love.

5. Track Activities: We keep track of our activities through sponsored events, community projects, and individual contributions, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement in our outreach efforts.

6. Provide Spiritual, Educational, and Social Events: Our ministry organizes a variety of events to promote Godly relationships among the youth. Through spiritual gatherings, educational workshops, and social activities, we create a nurturing environment where young people can grow in their faith and connect with one another.

Guided by the finished work of Christ on the cross, our objectives are clear: to serve with compassion, assist with dedication, encourage with love, and connect through meaningful relationships. ‘Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.’ (1 Timothy 4:12) This mission, rooted in the cross, drives our commitment to outreach and transformation in our youth community.
